Overview
FIREHORSE SERVICES is committed to respecting the privacy of our users. We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience. This Privacy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to the FIREHORSE SERVICES, CRAFTHOTSHEETS.COM, CRAFTHOTSHEET.COM, RIGWELDERJOBS.COM, of any FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking Web Sites (sometimes referred to herein as the "FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites") and does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion.
Your data will be stored and processed in whole or in part in the United States. The information we gather on the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites may be shared within the FIREHORSE SERVICES-affiliated companies on a worldwide basis in order to deliver the products and services we offer to employers such as searches for job seekers or in order to undertake analysis of our database such as aggregate profiling of our registered users. "Affiliated companies" means entities that control, are controlled by or are under common control with FIREHORSE SERVICES, Inc.

The FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites contain links to other Web sites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other Web sites to which you choose to link from our Sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other Web sites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.

Collection and Use of Information by FIREHORSE SERVICES
In some areas of FIREHORSE SERVICES and FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking, we request or may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number credit card number, social security number, contact information, billing information and any other information from which your identity is discernible. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites or refer a job posting to a friend, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites or view the job posting. We do not store this information.

Our Use of Your Information
We use the information we gather on FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purpose of operating and improving the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites, fostering a positive user experience, and delivering the products and services that we offer.

  2. We disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. You will be notified of sale of all or a substantial portion of our business to a third party via email or through a prominent notice posted on the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites.

If you have a FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile, other users or members of FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking may access your profile, however, other than your own user nickname provided at your discretion, they will not have access to your contact information and your contact information is not displayed in any FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile unless you provide that information in the member networking areas, such as: chat, buy, sell, trade, talk lip, or any other socialization part of the FIREHORSE SERVICES sites.

Other Uses of Information
We also share aggregated anonymous information about visitors to FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking (for example, the number of visitors to FIREHORSE SERVICES's craft hot sheets area) with its clients, partners and other third parties so that they can understand the kinds of visitors to the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites and how those visitors use the FIREHORSE SERVICES Sites. We may also aggregate on an anonymous basis data regarding job qualifications, schooling, age, experience level or other information relevant to the job search or competition among Seekers for any such job. Such data may be made available to employers or fellow job seekers.
If we supply technology, hosting and related services to other leading companies to power recruitment areas on their Web sites (sometimes referred to as "Hosted Career Sites"). Personal and/or demographic information supplied by you in Hosted Career Sites becomes part of the FIREHORSE SERVICES database, but it is not accessible by anyone other than you, FIREHORSE SERVICES and the company concerned without your consent. If you attempt to register with FIREHORSE SERVICES after registering with a Hosted Career Site, FIREHORSE SERVICES will recognize your information and you will be able to use the information you provided to the Hosted Career Site in your FIREHORSE SERVICES account registration.

Information gathered on a page in a Hosted Career Site or on a co-branded page (such as that of a contest co-sponsored by FIREHORSE SERVICES and another company), may become the property of the other company or of both us and the other company. In that instance, the use of such information by the other company will be subject to the privacy policy of that company. We are not responsible for that company's use of your personal or demographic information.

If you apply for a position on FIREHORSE SERVICES or through a Hosted Career Site, you may be asked to provide information on your gender, race or other protected status where permitted by applicable law. Some employers are required by law to gather this information from job applicants for reporting and record-keeping requirements. You should understand that if provided, this information will be used by employers only in accordance with applicable law and will not be used in making any negative employment decisions. All information provided will be kept separate from your expression of interest in any job opportunity. Providing this information is strictly voluntary and you will not be subject to any adverse action or treatment if you choose not to provide this information.

Personal Information on Resumes and Profiles
Since FIREHORSE SERVICES is a career services and networking site, we give you four options regarding the accessibility of your FIREHORSE SERVICES full job application and/or resume, which is the information you provided to our database when you applied for services:

  1. You can store your FIREHORSE SERVICES full job application data and resume in our database.

  2. If you have a FIREHORSE SERVICES job application and/or resume, and you apply to a job posting on FIREHORSE SERVICES, the employer to whom you send your resume will not be able to view the information you put on the FIREHORSE SERVICES job application and resume unless you provide it to them. We do not submit applications or resumes to employers on your behalf. We do however offer you the option of having us type up the information requested on other employer’s job websites for you. In the event that you wish for us to do the typing for you, we will simply login to the site using the information you have provided and type in the information. You will then be notified when your application is typed and you will have the responsibility of reviewing, making necessary changes, and submitting your typed application and or resume to the potential employer or third party in the appropriate fashion. The method you choose to submit your application is up for you to decide, whether that be online, regular mail, fax or any other method. You will always remain the person responsible for reviewing, signing, changing or editing, and distributing your application and/or resume information, even if you request us to do the typing for you.

  3. Currently, your full job application and/or resume is not searchable or viewable in FIREHORSE SERVICES’ by employers or third parties as FIREHORSE SERVICES does not currently provide that service. However, we reserve the right to provide that service at a later date, and if we do, you will be promptly notified with instructions on how you can manage, change, delete or remove your information from potential employer’s or third parties’ view.

  4. In the future based on our product development efforts, you may be able to store this same information, and allow it to be searchable by potential employers. You may also choose to not allow it to be searchable by potential employers. Not allowing your resume to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a job online, but employers and recruiters will not have access to search it through our resume database product. If you allow your resume to be searchable without making it confidential and hiding your contact information, then all parties with access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) will have access to your job application data and/or resume.

In addition, portions of your searchable resume when and if that function becomes available in the future (but not your contact information) may be made public in your FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile.

Should FIREHORSE SERVICES deploy a searchable resume and/or job application database for potential employers, and/or third parties, we will attempt to limit access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) only to paying employers, contractors, staffing agencies, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of resumes by third parties who access such resumes while they are in our searchable database. However, the portions of your searchable resume that you make public in your FIREHORSE SERVICES profile are accessible to anyone who uses the FIREHORSE SERVICES service. You may remove your resume on FIREHORSE SERVICES or delete your profile on FIREHORSE SERVICES at anytime, but, employers, recruiters and others who have paid for access to the FIREHORSE SERVICES application and resume database or to obtain a copy of that database or have paid for access to the FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking services, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access may have retained a copy of your resume or FIREHORSE SERVICES profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes or profiles in these instances.

Posting to Public Areas of FIREHORSE SERVICES
Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking, such as in online forums or chat rooms, talk lip, buy, sell, trade, or in the FIREHORSE SERVICES searchable resume database, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking.

Use of Cookies

You may review, correct, update or change your FIREHORSE SERVICES account, FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking account information at any time. From your FIREHORSE SERVICES account you may also opt out of receiving newsletters and certain other information from FIREHORSE SERVICES.

To change your FIREHORSE SERVICES account information, simply log into FIREHORSE SERVICES CLIENT SUPPORT website at: http://www.firehorseservices.com/clients/index.php. Click on Client Area, My Details, Products and Services, My Invoices, or any of the information you wish to change, and review your account information. If you wish, edit it with the options provided. Click here to access your FIREHORSE SERVICES Client Profile page.

When we deploy the HARD HAT ZONE, (which refers to the buy, sell, trade, online forums, chat, and/or talk lip areas of the site) to change your FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile, we will post the instructions on the site so that you can simply log into your My Network account, and click edit inside your Profile or choose another link inside your profile to change it.

If you opted to receive newsletters, commercial e-mails or other communications from FIREHORSE SERVICES or third parties at the time you created a FIREHORSE SERVICES account, but subsequently change your mind, you may opt-out by editing your FIREHORSE SERVICES Account Profile as described above. If you previously opted not to receive such communications, you may later opt-in by editing your FIREHORSE SERVICES Account Profile as well.

We retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking more efficient, practical, and relevant. Of course, you can delete your resume from FIREHORSE SERVICES's online database, close your FIREHORSE SERVICES account at any time delete your FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile and close your FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking account, in which event we will remove all our copies of your resume from FIREHORSE SERVICES, your FIREHORSE SERVICES account information and remove your FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking profile and FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking account information, except for an archival copy which is not accessible on the Internet.

Security of the Personal Information
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

When you place an order online at FIREHORSE SERVICES or FIREHORSE SERVICES Networking sites, your credit card information is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") protocol. SSL makes it difficult for your credit card information to be intercepted or stolen while being transmitted. We use a service company to process its credit card transactions.
